No. If it's in your plan, it's in your price. Anything outside your plan has a fixed, published price you approve before we start — never a bill that appears at year-end.

Yes. We pro-rate so you never pay twice, and we handle the handover with your current provider. Most switches complete in 1–2 business days after documents are signed.

For corporate secretary switches, usually 1–2 business days. For accounting plans, we begin as soon as we have your prior records and a signed engagement.

Then comparing is quick. Send us your last year of invoices and we'll map an honest all-in comparison. If you're better off where you are, we'll say so.

Yes. The GST Business Plan (S$3,360/year) includes all four quarterly GST F5 filings, monthly bookkeeping, corporate tax and corporate secretary, with the ACRA fee included.

On non-GST plans, quarterly GST filing is an add-on at S$200 per quarter. If you need to register, GST registration is S$300 one-time.

No. Payroll is a clear add-on at S$25 per employee per month, with CPF submission support included — so you only pay for the staff you have.

Payroll cost depends on headcount. Keeping it separate means your plan price stays honest and easy to compare, instead of inflating it for staff you may not have.

IR8A / AIS annual preparation is S$40 per employee per year. CPF first-time / GIRO setup is a S$150 one-time fee.

S$328 per year for a named secretary, the ACRA annual return filing and S$60 fee, AGM documentation, basic resolutions, a statutory record archive and WhatsApp support.

We do fixed-price catch-up from S$800 (then S$150 per backlog month), rebuilt from your bank statements and receipts, so you're ready before the deadline. There's no obligation to sign up to a plan afterwards.

We're PDPA-compliant. We process your documents only for the services you engage us for, and we do not use your business records for public AI training. You can request an export or deletion of your records at any time.

Your WhatsApp and email receipts, invoices and bank statements are captured into one organised business file, preserved with their original date and source — so records stay organised even when staff change, and are easy to retrieve when IRAS, your bank, a grant body or your accountant needs them. There's nothing for you to learn or log into.

We track and file your IRAS and ACRA deadlines, including quarterly GST F5 and annual returns. If a filing penalty is caused solely by our error, we cover the penalty up to the annual fee you paid for that service.
