Privacy notice
This notice explains, in practical terms, how Eorenda uses information that you choose to submit through our website forms.
Information you submit
Our website forms may ask for business contact details and information relevant to the enquiry you are making, such as your company, role, headquarters country, current situation, requested outcome and any context you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use submitted information to assess and respond to your enquiry, arrange requested follow-up, and maintain a business record of the conversation and any resulting engagement.
Service providers
The website uses service providers for hosting, email delivery and analytics. Form submissions may pass through those providers where necessary to deliver the enquiry to Eorenda. Basic, non-identifying campaign source tags (such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign) may be kept in this browser tab until it closes so a submitted enquiry can be attributed to a source. We do not intentionally send enquiry names, contact details, UENs or free-text responses to Google Analytics.
What you should not send through the website
Please do not submit passwords, one-time passwords, banking credentials, identity documents, confidential customer datasets or other sensitive material through a website enquiry form. If a later engagement requires protected information, the appropriate transfer method should be agreed separately.
Email enquiries@eorenda.com and identify the website enquiry or information you are asking about.
